December Three

I’m legitimately pushing 40 as of tomorrow.

I get a lot of “you don’t look that old” and “it’s not about age, it’s about how you feel”.

Well, I feel like crap. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a very lucky girl. I have my health in the sense that my issues are not life-threatening. I have my family who are really supportive, caring and fun. I have my insane friends that keep me as young as I my endurance will let them. I have a thoughtful, cute and driven boyfriend, too. What I also have are the small little reminders that I’m getting old. As I say, I’m creaking much louder than I used to.
